**Overview** **Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base salary \+ performance bonus** **Total compensation potential: up to $120,000 annually** Bright Lights LLC and its related companies are looking for a highly organized, technology\-savvy **Operations Manager** whose primary responsibility is making sure things actually get done—correctly, on time, and without the owner having to continually remind people. This is **not an administrative assistant position**. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys **leading people, assigning work, following up, holding employees accountable, identifying problems, and having direct conversations when expectations are not being met**. This is a high\-accountability leadership role. The right person will be comfortable giving clear direction, confronting missed expectations, and having difficult conversations when necessary. If you strongly prefer avoiding conflict, this position will not be a good fit.
