**Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry** **Location:** Lufkin, TX 75904 **Shift:** 12\-Hour Nights **Schedule:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)** to provide quality patient care in a hospital setting in Lufkin, Texas. Candidates must have at least **18 months of recent Medical/Telemetry experience**, strong communication and time\-management skills, and the ability to monitor patients with cardiac conditions. **Responsibilities** * Provide direct nursing care to Medical/Telemetry patients. * Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient conditions. * Recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms and report concerns promptly. * Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. * Assess patients and implement individualized care plans. * Respond appropriately to changes in patient status. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. * Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans. * Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. * Prioritize patient\-care needs in a fast\-paced hospital environment. * Follow hospital policies, infec...
