This individual will be responsible for reviewing private development applications at all stages of the process, from planning and entitlements through improvement plan review, permitting, and construction. Familiarity with the Subdivision Map Act, including the processing of Tentative Maps, Final Maps, Parcel Maps, and improvement plans, is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will bring broad experience with development processing, including residential subdivisions, multifamily development, and various commercial, office, and industrial projects.
