**Job Summary** The Real Estate Development Financial Analyst (Analyst) will join the Development team and provide the quantitative foundation for evaluating, structuring, and executing large\-scale commercial mixed\-use real estate developments, including stadium\-anchored districts. This role will primarily focus on real estate finance, development economics, financial modeling, underwriting, capital strategy, deal structuring, and investment decision support. Reporting directly to the leadership team, the Analyst will support projects from initial feasibility and underwriting through capitalization, transaction execution, construction\-period monitoring, and project delivery. The role will collaborate with internal team members and external consultants, lenders, investors, appraisers, brokers, legal and tax advisors, public agencies, and development stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, financial judgment, communication, organization, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations are critical for success.
