**DS\&L Group Holdings, Inc.** **Controller** Department Reports to Employment Type Location AccountingFinance Leadership / Board liaison Full\-time DS\&L Group Holdings, Inc. **Position Summary** ==================== The Controller leads DS\&L's accounting function and provides reliable financial information for operational decision\-making, cash management, project profitability, compliance, and planning. This role manages the accounting department, maintains accurate and timely books, oversees recurring close and reconciliation processes, and partners with leadership to identify risks and improvement opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** Frequency Responsibility Daily Manage the accounting department. Daily Maintain GAAP compliance and follow proper cost\-accounting procedures for industry\-specific standards. Weekly Maintain WIP schedules, monitor project gross margins, and alert teams when results require attention. Weekly Prepare and maintain the cash flow forecast; analyze concerns and present them to the board. Weekly Update KPI data before KPI meetings.
