Role Summary: The Commercial Operations Supervisor, MOGAS, is responsible for providing local leadership and day\-to\-day management of the MOGAS Commercial Operations team based in Houston. The role serves as the operational leader for Application Engineers and commercial support resources while ensuring seamless integration with global engineering and commercial resources located in other regions. Working closely with the Commercial Operations Business Partner, Commercial Operations Director, Product Management, Sales, Operations, and global Application Engineering teams, the Supervisor will develop and implement standardized processes, governance models, communication routines, and performance management mechanisms that enable a truly global and integrated commercial organization.
