This Regional Director of Operations\- Central Indiana role will support communities around the central Indiana region. **Responsibilities:** * Provides general oversight and guidance to Community Executive Director * Establishes, in conjunction with the Executive Director , the Community’s goals and objectives * Assists Executive Director in developing and implementing organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and procedures * Collaborates with the Executive Director in preparing and controlling annual budget * Evaluates the Community’s adherence to all applicable regulations and approved operating procedures * Reviews Community’s liability, property, and compensation insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownership * Acts as an on\-call resource to the Communities and Gardant on a 24\-hour basis to address urgent matters * Reviews and monitors account receivable activities at each Community to ensure collection and billing process/policies are adhered to * Conducts formal performance evaluations at the end of the introductory period and on an annual basis * Supports in the planning and provision of informational in\-services and other staff development acti...
