Intellectual Property \& Equipment: All content, creative materials, recordings, photographs, videos, scripts, graphics, concepts, work product, and other intellectual property created within the scope of employment or on behalf of Loren D. Stark Company (LDSCO) will be the exclusive property of LDSCO, subject to applicable law and Company agreements.
