The Assistant General Manager (AGM) works alongside the General Manager to support all aspects of café operations while helping create a warm, authentic, and inspiring environment for both guests and team members. Assistant General Managers play an important role in leading daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring exceptional hospitality and operational execution throughout the café. Our Assistant General Managers work side by side with the Front of House team and in partnership with the Cafe Head Chef and Back of House team to uphold Tatte’s standards across hospitality, quality, service, and café performance. In the absence of the General Manager, the AGM assumes all GM responsibilities.
