Through Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology, we are developing a domestic source of high\-purity lithium products for the growing battery materials market. The Role A1 Lithium is seeking an experienced, hands\-on Engineering Manager to lead the operation, commissioning and scale\-up of our pilot and demonstration plant in Green River. This role combines technical engineering leadership with day\-to\-day plant execution. You will work directly with operators, technicians, contractors and technical teams, helping translate pilot data into demonstration\-scale operations and supporting the project's progression toward commercial development. **This position is based in Green River, Utah and requires an on\-site presence five days per week.
