Lead Supervisor \- Security Communications Center (Dispatch / Alarm / CCTV) **Pay Rate:** $27\.19/hour Employment Type: Full\-Time \| Pay Basis: Hourly \| FLSA Status: Non\-Exempt **Role:** The ComSec Lead Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the ComSec department, overseeing ComSec Operators and Supervisors and reporting directly to the Site Manager on issues affecting the operation. This position requires vigilance, sound judgment, and the ability to lead a 24\-hour emergency dispatch team, including monitoring alarm and CCTV systems, dispatching police, fire, and security units, and managing incoming emergency and non\-emergency calls.
