**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist with the planning, budgeting, and coordination/supervision of various renovation, construction, and maintenance projects. * Prepare comprehensive work plans while ensuring all projects are completed effectively and on budget. * Generate and monitor management reports on status of current on\-site construction projects and future building projects to ensure that all parties are informed with the latest information. * Assist the Senior Director in the preparation of the annual budget relating to capital improvement projects as well as manage related cost controls to ensure efficient and effective operations. Interface with various department heads to establish and develop project scopes, budgetary objectives, construction timeline schedules, and follows\-up to completion. Assist with and develops specifications and bid packages for construction and/or maintenance projects.
