Description

The Senior IT Project Manager leads the design, development, and implementation of information systems across the full system development life cycle, from requirements through go\-live and transition to operations. Systems may include Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), eligibility and enrollment systems, enrollment broker platforms, learning management systems, web portals, and data and reporting solutions. The Senior IT Project Manager supports multi\-year, federal, state, and corporate projects with budgets of $500,000 and higher. Essential Duties* Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closing of IT and Professional Services projects across the full system development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and post\-implementation support. * Serve as the primary liaison between the end client, vendors, stakeholders, and Briljent.
