Multi Site Property Manager **Primary Service Area: Lakewood, Tacoma \& Parkland, Washington** **Position Type** Property Operations / Multifamily **Reports To** Regional Manager / Leadership Position Summary The Multi Site Property Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day operational, financial, leasing, marketing, resident relations, and maintenance oversight of an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities. This position ensures each property is operated in accordance with company policies, approved budgets, applicable housing requirements, and established performance standards. The role requires strong organization, leadership, follow\-through, and the ability to prioritize the needs of multiple properties throughout the Lakewood, Tacoma, and Parkland service area.
