**Branch General Manager** Olympia Moving \& Storage is seeking an experienced Branch General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure best in class service delivery. This role oversees all moving, storage, and logistics functions while managing P\&L performance, workforce leadership, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily moving, storage, dispatch, routing, warehouse, and fleet operations * Manage branch P\&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and margin performance * Monitor KPIs: revenue per truck, labor efficiency, claims, customer satisfaction * Support sales with job scoping, pricing, and operational feasibility * Recruit, train, and develop movers, drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel * Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high service standards * Drive safety programs, incident reduction, and accurate reporting **Qualifications** * 5–10\+ years in moving, logistics, transportation, or warehousing leadership * Proven P\&L and KPI management experience * Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and regulatory requirements * Experience leading large field teams * Excellent communication, probl...
