Continent Upon Contract Award The Senior Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Quality Control Specialist conducts independent internal reviews of completed Track 2 cases before submission to the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS). The specialist verifies legal and procedural accuracy, identifies privacy and disclosure risks, documents findings, and provides actionable feedback to processors and supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Review completed cases for requester entitlement, consent, correct subject and record, FOIA versus Privacy Act determination, responsive\-record scope, and case\-note sufficiency. * Verify that redactions and withholdings are accurate, appropriately limited, consistently marked, and supported by the correct exemptions. * Confirm referrals, special\-processing requirements, page counts, final action letter language, and supporting documentation. * Identify errors consistent with the Statement of Work (SOW) Error Assessment Guide, with particular attention to investigative records, law\-enforcement information, PII, consent, National Security Information, and incorrect A\-numbers or records. * Document review results and ret...
