This role manages the warehouse, owns inventory accuracy, and makes sure every part and commodity is in the right place and ready to go out on time. **Key Responsibilities** * Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse and yard staff; set daily priorities and assign work. * Cross\-train the team so receiving, shipping, and yard functions are always covered. * Build a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. * Oversee receiving, put\-away, picking, staging, shipping, and will\-call pickups. * Plan and optimize warehouse and yard layout, racking, and storage locations for efficient flow. * Verify that loads are properly secured and that bills of lading and shipping documents are accurate. * Own inventory accuracy across the w...
