The Building and Campus Services Manager plans, coordinates, and evaluates assigned campus services to maintain clean, safe, functional, and visually appealing College facilities and grounds. The position provides day\-to\-day oversight of the College’s contracted housekeeping services; directs landscaping, irrigation, and related exterior maintenance activities; supervises Building and Campus Services Technicians and Building Services Specialists; administers work orders and service schedules; monitors contractor performance and regulatory compliance; and supports campus events, weather response, and other operational priorities. The manager works closely with Facilities Management Leadership, College departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure responsive service and consistent campus standards.
