**Position Description** The Clinical Operations Manager is a member of the Nursing and Clinical Operations leadership team responsible for leading people, programs, workflows, and operational performance across assigned clinical service lines. This role requires a strong operational leader who can evaluate complex processes, identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement scalable workflows, and collaborate across business functions to improve patient, provider, and organizational outcomes. The position will have significant responsibilities for Behavioral Health (BH) operations, while also supporting broader initiatives and programs.
