This is a hands\-on position for an experienced healthcare or medical\-office supervisor who can earn trust, communicate clearly, and hold people accountable with fairness and emotional maturity. The role reports directly to Giuliana Grande, Administrator and co\-owner. You will coordinate staff supervision, recruiting and onboarding, attendance and scheduling oversight, training and employee development, employee relations, workplace conduct, and performance follow\-up.
