**Position Overview:** The Cedars is hiring for the position of full\-time MDS Nurse. The ideal candidate will have prior MDS 3\.0 experience. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Completing accurate assessments, MDS \& care plans as assigned * Initiating care plans and supporting activities as assigned * Maintaining \& updating all care plans and assessments as required * Monitoring \& auditing clinical records, ensuring accuracy \& timeliness * Informing DON of persistent issues related to non\-compliant documentation * Protecting the confidentiality of Resident \& Facility information at all times **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * MUST HAVE PRIOR **MDS 3\.0** EXPERIENCE * **Valid Rhode Island RN License** * **Long Term Care Experience prefer** * Must be highly organized, professional \& motivated * Should have solid computer skills * Excellent communication skills * Should be friendly and a team worker Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to $42\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Physical Setting: * Inpatient * Long term care * Nursing home * Office * Rehabilitation center Expe...
