About the Opportunity A growing company in the Facilities Maintenance and Commercial Property Services industry is seeking a Business Development Manager / National Account Executive with a proven track record in sales and business development within the facilities management, commercial maintenance, trade services, or property services sectors. We are looking for a results\-driven professional with strong industry relationships and experience generating new business opportunities on a national level. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within: Facilities Management Commercial Maintenance Multi\-Site Retail Maintenance Restaurant Maintenance Property Management HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Services Prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts. Build and maintain relationships with facility directors, procurement professionals, and key decision\-makers.
