**Title****:** Shift Supervisor **Location****:** New York City Metropolitan Area **Reports to****:** Director of Operations \& Security (or Operations Manager) **Classification****:**Non\-Exempt **Employment Type****:** Full\-time (35 hours per week) **Role Summary****:** The Shift Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Site Director and is responsible for overseeing daily shift operations and supervising Residential Aides and other Operations staff. This position provides leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient environment for clients, staff, and visitors, while maintaining compliance with agency policies, procedures, and operational standards.
