**Your Role and Impact** The FPD Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for leading the regional procurement and sourcing hub operating model across FPD. The role directly manages Regional Hub Managers and is accountable for stable, reliable, scalable, and standardized hub execution across regions. The role combines senior people leadership, operational management, performance governance, site\-to\-hub transition oversight, continuous improvement, and cross\-functional leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, coach, and develop Regional Hub Managers and establish clear accountability for people leadership, service delivery, operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. * Drive a culture of ownership, transparency, customer focus, disciplined escalation, and adherence to standardized Procurement and Sourcing processes across all regional hubs. * Serve as the senior operational liaison among Regional Hubs, FPD Sites and Operations, Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Shared Services. * Lead the deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the regional Procurement and Sourcing Hub operating model. * Establish an...
