#### **JOIN US** We are a growing general contractor looking for an organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator I** to join our Business Operations team. You'll work alongside another Project Coordinator to help keep construction projects organized and moving throughout the full project lifecycle. From project setup and contracts through active construction, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout. Some construction experience is helpful, but it is not required. We're willing to teach the right person. If you're a strong coordinator who communicates well, stays organized, follows through, and enjoys learning and solving problems, we want to hear from you. #### **WHAT YOU'LL DO** You'll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Finance, subcontractors, vendors, and your fellow Project Coordinator to support the administrative side of our construction projects.
