Are you a proven restaurant leader who knows how to develop great teams, drive strong business results, and build future leaders? KBP is looking for an Area Coach (AC) to lead approximately 6\-9 restaurants within a market area. In this role, you'll coach and develop Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), strengthen leadership teams, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. As an Area Coach, you'll spend time where it matters most—in the restaurants. You'll partner with leaders to improve performance, develop talent, solve operational challenges, and create great experiences for both employees and guests. Success in this role comes from building strong leaders, creating accountability, and delivering consistent business results.
