**Job Summary** Moving Supervisor / Project Manager — Spanish Bilingual Strongly Preferred Office Movers Express (OMX) \| Maryland Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience Office Movers Express is hiring a Moving Supervisor / Project Manager to lead commercial moving crews and manage jobs from start to finish. Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Spanish fluency is not required for consideration. Responsibilities \- Lead moving crews and assign work throughout each job. \- Review job scope, staffing, equipment, schedules, and site requirements. \- Communicate with customers, crew members, dispatch, and operations. \- Monitor job progress, productivity, safety, and quality. \- Document scope changes, damage, delays, and other job events. \- Complete post\-job reviews and identify improvements. Qualifications \- Experience leading moving, logistics, installation, warehouse, or similar field teams. \- Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills. \- Ability to work on site and lead by example. \- Commercial moving or project management experience preferred. \- Professional fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
