We are seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented Operations \& Logistics Coordinator to join our team on\-site. In this dual\-support role, you will work directly alongside management—assisting both our Operations Manager with office administration and our Warehouse Manager with operations to ensure smooth daily supply chain workflows and accurate distribution. ***Office \& Administrative Support:*** Assist the Operations Manager with day\-to\-day business administration, operational workflows, and client communications. Maintain accurate operational documentation, including shipping records, bills of lading (BOLs), and invoices. Communicate with local clients, carriers, drivers, and vendors to schedule pickups, deliveries, and manage dispatch inquiries.
