As a Production Supervisor on our 1st Shift, you will lead front\-line production employees to achieve throughput and quality goals safely and cost\-effectively. You will set clear daily priorities, coach team members, and help create an accountable workplace where people can grow and perform at their best. This role has a direct impact on employee safety, food safety, product quality, sanitation, labor performance, and continuous improvement.
