Logistics Manager Job Overview The Royer Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating shipping, receiving, warehousing logistics, and the movement of materials and finished products throughout the organization. This position provides leadership and direction to the Shipping and Receiving Manager, ensuring that logistics operations are efficient, accurate, cost\-effective, and aligned with company goals. The Logistics Manager is responsible for developing and improving operational processes, monitoring departmental performance, managing transportation costs, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and executive leadership to improve workflow, maintain accurate inventory movement, meet delivery expectations, and support Royer's continued growth.
