**About Us** Maharishi Foundation USA is the nonprofit organization that teaches the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique across the United States through a national network of certified teachers and local centers. TM is a simple, effortless practice backed by decades of published research, and it is learned through personal instruction. We have a clear growth strategy, a new brand campaign launching this fall, a performance media agency, a new email nurture program, and a website being rebuilt for conversion. We’re looking for the person who connects all of it and turns it into more people learning TM every week. **The Role** The Growth Marketing Lead is the single internal owner of our marketing engine and is accountable for growth. You’ll start every day asking one question: **how do we get more people into a TM course this week?** Then you’ll use every lever available to make it happen: our agency partners, the brand team, the web team, teachers, centers, email, and partnerships. This is a high\-ownership role with direct access to leadership and a clear mandate to grow course enrollment and revenue.
