**Overview** We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized Operations Coordinator to be the hub of our shop. You'll make sure every order is received, made right, delivered on time and handled on brand, from managing daily orders and deliveries to guiding clients through special event and custom orders. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, a gift for customer service and sales, and a passion for keeping many moving pieces running smoothly so our designers can focus on design. The Petal is a full\-service floral company and design house in Minneapolis, creating everyday arrangements, weddings and custom installations seven days a week.
