**About The Role** ================== The RealReal is looking for a highly experienced and self\-motivated Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Product \& Technology organization, reporting to the Manager, Engineering. Working closely with Product partners and Engineering management, you will build technical solutions that enhance, optimize, and iterate on The RealReal's platform. You will work with Product and business stakeholders to build robust, scalable back\-ends that power seamless and engaging customer journeys.
