**Job Title:** Director, Allocation \& Replenishment **Summary of Position (Job Purpose)** \- The Director, Allocation \& Replenishment will hold a key leadership role in the strategic direction and day to day management of the timely flow of merchandise through the distribution network and stores for their assigned area. In addition to helping develop plans and strategies to maximize the sales and inventory turn, the director will have direct responsibility over a Manager of Inventory Management and a team of Replenishment and Allocation Inventory Analysts. The Director will train, develop, and mentor team members as necessary and supervise the on boarding process for all new hires to the Inventory Management department.
