Overview: GovCIO is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing advancement of Zero Trust initiatives across the intelligence enterprise in support of Headquarters Air Force A2\. This role is responsible for driving cross\-functional alignment, ensuring consistent security outcomes, and delivering a scalable Zero Trust framework that protects DOW’s data, assets, and operations. This position will be located at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA and will be an onsite position. Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain DOW’s Zero Trust program roadmap, including identity, device, network, application, and data pillars. * Coordinate with cybersecurity, IT, engineering and business teams to ensure alignment and adoption of Zero Trust principles. * Lead program governance, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget considerations. * Work closely with technical leads to translate strategic Zero Trust goals into actionable projects and measurable results. * Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track maturity, effectiveness, and compliance across Zero Trust domains. * Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and executives t...
