**Job Summary** We are a locally owned group of established construction, remodeling, and restoration businesses looking for an experienced **Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager**. This is not simply a transaction\-entry bookkeeping position. We need someone who takes ownership of the financial information of our companies and ensures leadership has **accurate, current financial visibility every week.** Primary Responsibilities * Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks * Manage accounting across multiple companies * Accounts payable and accounts receivable * Bank and credit\-card reconciliations * Construction job costing * Customer deposits and committed funds * Vendor and subcontractor balances * Cash\-flow reporting * Credit\-card and loan tracking * Weekly financial scorecards * Monthly P\&L and Balance Sheet preparation * Payroll/accounting coordination * 1099 and year\-end preparation * Coordinate with ownership, management, and CPA A Critical Part of This Role Every Monday, leadership should have an accurate picture of: * Bank balances * Available/uncommitted cash * Accounts receivable and aging * Accounts payable and aging * Credit\-card balances and upcoming payments * Ma...
