**Summary:** Under the direction of the site or multi\-site Assistant General Manager, the Industrial Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining engineered labor standards using the Red Prairie Labor Management System. This position conducts work measurement studies, evaluates warehouse operations, and identifies opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and service levels throughout the distribution center. The Industrial Engineer will utilize operational data, technology, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize distribution and order fulfillment processes.
