GM Performance Power Units – Concord, NC **Title:** Formula 1 Mechanical Design Engineer **Job Summary:** GM Performance Power Units seeks a motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) Design Group. You will generate high\-quality engineering solutions that drive reliability and competitiveness, supporting projects from test rig design to advanced ICE development. Our fast\-paced, collaborative team offers strong professional growth opportunities and exposure to cutting\-edge engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative design solutions within powertrain systems, sub\-systems, assemblies, and components and will be involved in both independent problem solving and cross functional operation. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of engineering fundamentals and design best practices.
