Description: **Job Summary – Manager in Training** The Manager in Training (MIT) is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while learning all aspects of running a successful convenience store. The MIT will help lead employees through daily operations, including bookkeeping, customer service, marketing, sales and profitability, scheduling, inventory control, and employee training and development. The MIT will bring a positive, energetic attitude to each shift, encourage teamwork, support employees, and help create a welcoming environment for customers.
