This role manages daily workflow, monitors productivity and quality, enforces policy compliance, and provides real time coaching and support. The Supervisor acts as a support to the Site Manager/Clinic Operations Manager, ensuring team performance aligns with organizational standards. This role may supervise a single site or support the Site Manager at larger or multi site locations.
