Candidate must reside in PA, and be able to work in the Harrisburg office two (2\) days a week as requested. (So 3 days per week from home). The primary objective of this engagement is to serve as the IT Project Manager for the Bureau of Community Health Systems (BCHS), leading the implementation of an EHR for 59 SHCs and clinical staff in BCHS, the Bureau of Immunizations (BOI), and the Bureau of Communicable Diseases (BCD). The Project Manager is a 'senior' level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in EHRs, health informatics, and health IT. The PM will have proven experience leading large\-scale projects to successful implementation and experience with planning around organizational change management (OCM). REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have experience with the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system where the customer was employing a paper\-based charting system.
