The Manager of Finance is responsible for the day\-to\-day financial management, accounting operations, internal controls, budgeting, cash management, investment accounting, audit coordination, and financial reporting of the school. This position supports the school mission through sound stewardship of financial resources and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. **Reports To** * Controller of the Hartford Roman Catholic Diocesan Corporation and President * FLSA Status: Exempt * Employment Type: Full\-Time **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Define, document, and maintain proper internal controls and segregation of duties for expense approvals, purchasing, accounts payable, electronic payments, cash receipts, and check signing. * Maintain responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger. * Oversee accounts payable operations and vendor payments. * Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity requirements. * Prepare monthly cash flow requirements to monitor liquidity and funding needs. * Reconcile balances between unrestricted and restricted cash accounts. * Reconcile investment activities and ensure proper classification among unrestri...
