**Location:** UCHealth UCHlth Memorial Hosp Central, US:CO:Colorado Springs **Department:** SRSS Clinical Education Work Schedule: Part Time, 48\.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) **Shift:** Nights **Pay:** $38\.91 \- $60\.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option **Summary:** * Serves as an onsite education resource to clinical nurses on orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Makes rounds meeting with clinical nurses on orientation (or recently off orientation) providing education and clinical support to help ensure provision of safe care and ease the transition from advanced beginner to competent clinical nurse. * Collaborates with unit educators and preceptors to assess the learning needs of clinical nurses. * Participates in the delivery of new clinical staff orientation.
