Senior Home Health Care is experiencing growth! We have a FT or PT opening for an RN located in Rochester and surrounding communities. Preferred applicant will have previous Oasis \& home care experience. We are a family\-owned business that offers our RN's the opportunity for **flexible** scheduling, a very minimal on\-call requirement and balanced, manageable case loads and a benefits package. JOB SUMMARY: Demonstrate proficient skills using Oasis to admit, transfer, re\-certs, and discharge home health patients in regards to physician orders. Coordinate and supervise LPN's and HHA's in the delivery of patient care. Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures. Follow Medicare and Medicaid regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: * Registered Nurse (RN)/current license. * Minimum of one year of Home Health nursing experience as an RN. * Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff. * Must have own vehicle, auto insurance and driver's license. * Experience with Oasis/Start of Care paperwork (initial visit) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform the initial home care patient visit and re\-evaluate the patient's needs and progress on a regular basis. * Initiate the plan of car...
