**Position Title**: Facility Security Officer (FSO) \- WSMR **Location**: White Sands Missile Range, NM **Clearance required**: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical\- or special\-sensitive duties. **Scope of Work:** Serves as the Key Personnel Facility Security Officer at White Sands Missile Range, administering personnel and industrial security for the contract in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program. **Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):** * Administer the contractor security program in accordance with the NISPOM (DoD 5220\.22\-M) and the DD Form 254\. * Process visit authorization requests and manage clearances, badging, and in\- and out\-processing of personnel. * Collect and return Government identification, CACs, and keys upon employee departure and coordinate security debriefings. * Track and report security training completion in the ATEC Training Tracker Module and coordinate with the Government Industrial Security Officer. * Report adverse information, security violations, and any loss or compromise of classified information. * High s...
