Stoke is a new men’s aesthetics studio opening in Newport Beach in November 2026\. We are hiring a founding practice manager to run the on\-site client experience and day\-to\-day operations. You will work with the founding team to turn our opening systems into reliable daily habits, hear what the team needs, and keep the studio moving and growing. **The opportunity** For the first three to four months, you and the founder will personally anchor the welcome desk while building the practice. You will greet clients, coordinate consultations and visits, and learn the real friction points firsthand. You will also have dedicated time for scheduling systems, follow\-up, inventory, checklists, staff feedback, and fixes. As client volume and studio hours become clearer, we plan to add dedicated front desk coverage. You will help train that person and shift more of your time toward managing operations while remaining close to the client experience. This role is for someone who has already owned more than desk coverage in a high\-touch practice and wants to build a strong operation from its first day.
