**WORK OBJECTIVE** ------------------ Performs complex professional, technical, and administrative and engineering work for environmental, water, sewer, street, and other Public Works projects and programs ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. Work is performed under direction with consider able latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.
