**SUMMARY** The Property Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and accounting functions for a portfolio of affordable housing communities. This role supports the financial integrity of the organization by performing account reconciliations, processing transactions, preparing regulatory reports, and assisting with audit activities. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting operational excellence across the property portfolio. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following duties.
