Pay: $1,000–$1,500 per week, based on experience **Position Summary** We are seeking a dependable, experienced Business Contact (BC) / Operations Manager to oversee daily last\-mile delivery operations in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a hands\-on management role responsible for morning dispatch, route execution, driver performance, staffing, service performance, safety, and fleet readiness. This position requires an in\-person presence for dispatch. The BC serves as a primary operational contact between company leadership, drivers, and terminal personnel and is expected to respond quickly to staffing, route, vehicle, and service issues throughout the day.
