Description: The Senior Implementation Manager leads complex client implementations across our health center, pharmacy, TPA and care solutions lines. This is a hands\-on senior role. You'll run your own projects end to end, coordinate across internal teams and outside partners, take on special projects as the business grows, and help shape how we implement at scale. You will own a book of client implementations from sale to go\-live and handoff to account management, often across more than one solution line. **Health centers** Site and provider setup, scheduling and access, member communication, eligibility, launch readiness **Pharmacy** PBM setup, plan design and formulary, eligibility and claims feeds, ID cards, early\-claims monitoring after go\-live **TPA (Health Plan Solutions)** Plan build, stop\-loss and network coordination, eligibility and data feeds, claims funding and billing setup, plan documents **Care solutions** Program setup, referral and data flows, member outreach and engagement launch **Across every implementation, you will:** * Lead kickoff, set the timeline and keep every group current in Vera. * Coordinate with brokers, client HR and finance, sales, account ma...
